Duties & Responsibilities

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

Meeting with existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services (End user devices: Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Monitors, etc..)

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customer satisfied with our products & services.

Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.

Keep an updated customer database (CRM).
-
Track and document calls and sales(CRM) .
-
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches (CRM).
-
Learn details about our product and service offerings.
-
Prepare weekly report to the management.
