Sales Executive - End user Hardware

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

  • Meeting with existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services (End user devices: Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Monitors, etc..)

  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customer satisfied with our products & services.

  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.

  • Keep an updated customer database (CRM).

  • Track and document calls and sales(CRM) .

  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches (CRM).

  • Learn details about our product and service offerings.

  • Prepare weekly report to the management.
